please please please tell me im not the only one who thinks mercy needs a buff instead of a nerf. there are a bunch more heroes who need nerfs more than mercy, right now she’s barely thriving. at this point, they may as well remove her from the game as she’s essentially useless and outclassed by every other support. SOMBRA is a better support than mercy, and shes a DPS. please rework her, buff her or SOMETHING, just stop beating a dead horse

I don’t think a buff is what she needs, but a mini-rework.
She’s balanced, she just could feel so much better with a few small changes.

Sorry that it appears that you don’t have much in the way of something constructive to offer to this thread or other Mercy threads. You can mute threads that are of little interest to you instead of posting something non-constructive that is potentially derailing the discussion.
As for OP, I agree with Domqe. She needs a rework of some type to make her feel engaging for many, while also remaining somewhat balanced. Sadly I doubt we’ll see anything happen at least for another year or two. It honestly feels like they have something against Mercy now with all this repetitive “she’s fine” and then later on still keep directly or indirectly nerfing her. Her ‘on fire’ is still broken, it wasn’t adjusted to suit the nerfed and somewhat bland iteration of current Mercy.

Yeah, Valkryie being too safe and limiting player expression makes it very frustrating.
