She doesn’t heal. Slot could be use for a real healer that can help the team. Ruining the 2/2/2 comp to win.

Brigitte can be used in either the off-tank slot or the off-healer slot due to how she is designed.
Further her armor from rally is very useful in making the team overall tougher, especially the vulnerable supports.

Yes she is the pick ruin games, not someone picking widow when we already have a a solider and McCree and insisting that she does their job better when she couldn’t hit the broadside of a starship
That’s why you need another healer making it 2 either Moira or Mercy would be nice.

Personally, I don’t think she fits as an off-tank. Just like Moira isn’t used in place of a DPS hero. She is a really good off-support with good heals/applying armour to her team and Awesome CC. She is a great backline peeler and in some cases a good frontline peeler as well.
I’ve been calling her a “Protector” CC + Healing + Applying Armour
I’d rather somebody pick brigitte than pick the team’s 4th/5th DPS. That’s what you get used to in QP.
She does heal decently actually but healing isn’t even the only (or even the most valuable) form of support. Just pick Lucio/Mercy/Moira and/or run heroes with self-sustain.
She heals by meleeing as well. She can heal quite a bit.
She just came out yesterday. People want to play the new hero. She can’t play in comp.

Brigitte can do as much healing OR MORE than Lucio, and she can also block a butt-tonne of damage. What more do you want from an off-healer?
