These 3 tanks are the worst to play against and play as! I don’t know who on the balance team is maining these 3 but they need to stop giving their input on balance. Just because those 3 are “underperforming” doesn’t mean they need buffs. Back in OW1 Hog was the worst tank in the game and the devs were ok with that since he is unfun tank to play against. The same should be true here! Those 3 can be strong in the lower ranks but should be outclassed by other tanks that have more team potential.

Mauga is easily one of if not the worst designed tanks for me.
While I don’t want him to be “trash tier” by any means, I feel he should always be on the “safe side of weak” rather than the developers “safe side of strong”.
He’d need a rework to me to ever change this opinion.

Mauga specifically?
He is a tank buster tank. At his core, typically his most effective gameplay loop is to look at the enemy tank, hold m1 and m2, and burn the tank down before he gets burned down.
That is, imo, a terrible gameplay design.
I think these tanks are some of the most fun to play against tbh. Large, slow, and easy to hit.
Orisa and mauga needs reworks. Tooo low effort
Huh? You just listed the bottom 2 tanks by win-rate (mauga and hog), and Orisa is usually down there with them.
Hog is slowly closing in on 40% win-rate. How can the balance team main them and leave them with such bad win-rate? No other hero is left with this low a win-rate.
Mauga is a terrible design, I’ll give you that. Orisa’s playstyle can be very frustrating and Hog hook can be annoying. But I find DVa matrix much more annoying than any of them. And Rein shield being constantly up makes for much more boring games than any of those 3.
You can’t get 3 tanks trashed even more when it is just an opinion which tanks are worst. I agree with Mauga, but my 3 would be DVa, Mauga and Rein.
Too true. She has done much more harm to this game than any tank. We need tank players and Ana is a gatekeeper on retaining those that set foot in the tank role. The best heroes to sort out for the health of the game would be Ana and Widow.
