Still missing the Mei Flower Child twitch drops

So it has been 2 months since I watched 10+ hours to get the Mei Flower Child skin and all the other rewards. I claimed them all and they did not show up in my account.
I submitted multiple tickets and got the same response everytime (which is very helpful)
I did everything that they asked me to do, but sill no skin.
Never had a problem with this before, even the latest twitch drops (Ringleader Reaper skin) I claimed and they showed up in my account almost instantly.
I dont even play Mei, but I like the skin so I really hope this issue can be resolved.

Hello there my friend. I am missing the skin too, I will try and send a ticket to support to see what they tell me. Some people say they got the skin but there are many who haven’t yet.

Alright thanks, let me know what they say, and hopefully this issue can get resolved when more people talk about it.

I also never received the skin despite getting the charm and emote, just submitted a ticket as well!
