Still missing skins after merge (8 month update)

I already wrote a ticket about my missing skins 8 months ago, when I completed the merge (PS4>PC). Some of my skins are still missing and I would like to find a solution. I earned those skins years ago and to simply take them away / lock them again is not right. I beg you, this game was a very big part of my life back then and I would love to get back into it.

Also; I have sorted through the entire hero gallery and looked at all the heroes that were part of the game back in 2017/18 and there are definitely skins missing. I have compiled a list of skins that I can say with 100% certainty I owned back in the day.

Have they reached out? Iā€™m having the same issue since ow2 came out and I spent so much money on these skins to just not have anymore

same here they dont do anything like they said they will. no updates on the dev or tracker team.
