I received the owl coins the other day but not the skins, (also I received More owl coins than I should hace)
Some people got a spray, lucky them, at least they got something. I’ve got nothing 
Apparently they’re saying we were all just not eligible for the rewards LOL
Same issue, I received around 125 coins (25 hours), and only the 12 hr skins. I watched way more than 25 hours (almost always had the streams up), I also got the tracer pulse pistol name card but didnt get the sojourn skin
Watched literally everything. Got literally nothing.
Has never ever happened before (watching and getting 0)
The Sojurn skin apparently got held up and won’t appear until season 2. If we don’t have after that, we’re simple not getting it.
Like almost every other system in OW2, the reward system is a buggy mess. And Blizzard appears OK with that for some reason.

That where and why I feel like the reveal will be, “We fixed it, you did something wrong for the rest of it.”

Well and another part of it is I’m receiving some rewards that I earned, but not getting some of the other rewards that were below them. I didn’t get the half hour rewards for the grand finals
There’s a lot of that. Didn’t get the Baptiste and Sigma skins for playoff watching, but got the rewards further down the list.
Like I said, it’s yet another system that’s a buggy mess.
It’s beginning to look that way, I don’t know how to feel about this company’s handling of Overwatch. I feel sad, annoyed, etc etc, all this big cluster of emotions over what once was a mostly fun and rewarding game IP.
