That bug have been solved with some people but I still havent received my skins from ow1 and the free battlepass for old players.

I too am missing my skins and golden guns and emotes I got kit I’ll for free but not a free battle pass

I am dealing with this too, I have put in a ticket and have been waiting 2 weeks, Status still says open so this is my last hope.

Me too. Missing all of my skins and stats and still nothing after weeks.
