Stealth timer needs a sound effect

It should be optional, but I think it would be very useful not only for players who rely on sound cues for game awareness more so than visual UI ones, but also for those who might be visually impared and have difficulty telling apart the numbers on the UI timer.
It can also be a tool to teach new and returning players when they should engage after using translocator.
Devs don’t even need to create new SFX - release Sombra had sound effects for her Translocator timer, which can be easily reused for the new timer.
