I’ve been playing for a few days now, but I’m stuck at 40 mins played and around 11 mins with a couple characters. I probably have 200 games played and it says I have 9 games played. Anyone else have this issue?

I play on Xbox and I’m having a similar issue in competitive stats where, even though I probably have put 6+ hours maybe even more in the competitive since the game is come out it has all of my trackers at zero. The only thing that it has tracked is my rank. All of my hours, all of my stats for this current season don’t exist, and I can’t look at any other past seasons

Missing profile statistics
Account hero usage time is reduced and erased, total wins and losses are also reduced, everything is decreasing, replaying game records on other platforms shows that the game has lost,
I also have this problem, I hope they can fix this problem as soon.

Yeah same issue for me and my gf with PS5. ZERO stats showing up for current season although we have played over 30+ hours.

This is happening to me as well on the Switch. I was hoping to use my stats to keep track of my play time and win rate since I’m new to OW but last I looked it said I had only been playing for 10 minutes. This is far from true, I’ve played at least 30-ish games since I just unlocked Zenyatta and played a few games on him.
