I fixed it you guys. 
your second leaving of the comp game (allowing one DC, you shouldnt play comp if bad internet), you lose one random skin+3 random items you own, permanently…
think of it as reversed loot box, as an added punishment, standard restrictions still remain.

You also have people who have spent their money on loot boxes and that would be beyond wrong to take their stuff away for a random disconnect.

I don’t think the punishment on leavers should be extended. No matter how extreme a punishment is, it’s not going to trump a real life emergency, the internet or power going down, or even your PC/console breaking.
I feel like they should reform the system to reduce how much the poor teammates who are stuck in a 5v6 are punished.
Something like scaling SR loss reductions would be fantastic, so if you have someone gone for 90% of a game, then you should have the SR loss reduced by 90% or something like that.

I feel like leavers get a very bad rep. Don’t get me wrong, leaving a game because it’s not going your way is absolutely unacceptable, But I have left games because, this is going to blow your mind just you wait, there are more pressing matters than a single game of competitive.

The punishment for leaving multiple comp games is being banned from the season or being banned from comp altogether.
That’s already a big punishment and enough to stop people who constantly leave.

How is this even a real punishment. You think someone who creates an account exclusively to troll is going to care about losing a cosmetic item?

Yeah, this is a knee-jerk reaction that only punishes honest players but has no effect on the actual problem.
Besides, there’s already a system in place where if you leave comp games too frequently, it can add up to a permanent ban from comp last I heard.

skin are just for cosmetic it is have nothing to do with competitive play so this idea not make any sense, personally i think more you leave more waiting time should added and after time complete ban from competitive if still doing so
What do you even consider “bad internet”? If everyone had a random problem once every 120 comp matches then 1/10 games would have a leaver. This would likely make people see leavers daily.
I’m sorry if I don’t consider being fine in over 99% of matches as having bad internet.
