I reached all-star on support and now my queues are 20-30 mins long whenever I play with at least one friend. I was queueing together with 3 of my friends and the queue was more than 35 mins. We could not get a game. Queue times in other game modes are not closely that long. It is very frustating to have to wait longer than 20 minutes to get a game.
