I’m only ranked in contender as a tank, but I have noticed at least twice when I have won a stadium match and the rank progress bar says +100 and barely moves, yet if I lose it takes a big step back. The same thing does not seem to be happening for other roles which I am managing to rank up much faster.
Edit - Now my tank ranking seems to be working ok, but my dps rank is barely moving for a win….
