While in the practice range for stadium, I was able to observe ability multiplication with Lucio.
Steps to reproduce:
- Have 2 people enter the stadium practice range as Lucio.
- Have 1 person enter the armory.
- Have the 2nd person enter the armory.
- Have the second person select the “Radio Edit” power.
- Have the second person leave the armory with the power in place.
- Have the second person switch to a different hero.
- Have the first person select some other power and leave the armory (for example, “Sonic Boom.”)
- The first person should now be able to use “Amp it up” and apply a full sound barrier (more than just the power’s value) to all allies.
