Stadium- Players teleporting, actions not occurring, frozen

Constant teleports, enemies running in straight lines and in places where they arent, abilities not working.

I have a clip but theres no posting links nor uploading files here. I opened up a ticket for help and got not an ounce of help. Just pushing my problem into other categories in hopes I just buzz off.
