I read Juno’s name and literally went, “J-Ju— what…?” I couldn’t even finish saying her name, that’s how little I thought they would buff her. What? I’m actually baffled.

Their team does not play this game at all. Probably just pushed out something so they can rush to Nightreign like everyone else has.
to be fair, they are trying to get people to use other builds on those characters

They could maybe work on nerfing the overtuned ones at the same time.
That reminds me that today is day for SB demo on PC 
True, you aren’t wrong…but they probably want to see how people take to the changes first before nerfing anything
if 76/juno players naturally adapt their play style nothing will probably happen
if they dont i can only hope they do nerf them this time
