Stadium Mode Server Changing Every Round: Ping Fluctuation

Hi, I’m facing a strange issue in Overwatch Stadium mode for the past 2 weeks. Every round, the server changes automatically — for example, one round I’m on GSG1 (Singapore) with ~100ms ping, and the next round it switches to GTK1 (Tokyo) or ICN1 (Korea), where I get 250+ms ping. This keeps repeating every round.

I’m playing from India, and normally Quickplay and Ranked games always connect me to Singapore servers without this issue. But in Stadium mode, even when I use a VPN set to Singapore (tested with Surfshark and IPVanish), the server still rotates between rounds.

This problem didn’t exist in Season 1, but I’ve started facing it recently — around 2 weeks ago.

Anyone else experiencing this? Is this a known issue? Any solution for this?

Can blizzard please add a server picker like in Marvel Rivals?

Stadium needs a lot of help; between the disconnects, leavers, and zero matchmaking it has become a love hate scenario.

Inb4 someone shows up to tell you India is a low population area (lmao) and that this isn’t a problem with the game.

Don’t worry, this is a well-documented issue in Oceania too.
