Junker Queen’s Blade Parade Power increases [Jagged Blade] damage by up to 100%, but it does not scale with “Ability Power”.
The formula is currently:
65 (base damage) * (1 + (Ability Power %) / 100) + 65 (charged damage)
The 65 (charged damage) part of the formula does not scale with your “Ability Power”.
That means at 100% “Ability Power”, [Jagged Blade] does 65 * 2 = 130 damage, but the charged attack only does 130 + 65 = 195 damage.
That’s only a 50% damage increase, instead of a 100% damage increase.
