Just some thoughts from first day. Having a lot of fun!
I’m really enjoying stadium but it bugs me that I can’t endorse my teammates! I wish there were more characters too but I’m sure they’ll put more out as time goes on
Crossplay. It desperately needs crossplay.
The only reason it doesn’t is because it’s ranked. When (if) they add unranked stadium, crossplay will come with it
It needs to count wins when leavers leave. Just like in competitive. Woah, go figure!
Strangely enough, haven’t had leavers in stadium yet. I think it’s too new and people can’t tell when they suck. 
I assume most people haven’t, but it was pretty soul crushing to have it happen back to back and make zero progression on anything except for the 35k cash challenge.
All good suggestions. Being able to create your own build to replace the suggested ones would be especially cool.
I played one game and had four leavers on my team that lost 3-2. Of course I was warned that I would be penalized if I left after they left. Go figure.
Ouch. Sorry to hear that. Hopefully the leaver population will start to drop when you hit higher ranks!

5 - a way for solo players to sue and feel like they are playing the game.
I get out in with a trio mercy, Moira and solider.
Moira in red team spawn.
Solider and mercy doing their thing.
Me and the other dos dying on the payload.
I stopped stadium after that.
Stadium is for causal quick play player who que in groups. It is not solo friendly.
But here’s the question: did you win? Did the group’s strategy work? Or did they get demolished because the other team played as a group and supported each other?
Because honestly the trio’s strategy sounded awful. Flanking Moira should work once unless the enemy team is bots. Hard pocket Mercy is useless if the rest of the team is getting demolished.

While the trio was doing their own things.
It was an awful experience. This game has never been nice to solo players. I just went back to 6v6 since I was done with 5v5.
If you give it crossplay
Then give PC an opt out option
I would also like the ability to be able to share/import builds and have the ability to save them
That’s what I figured. The trio’s “strategy” was awful as they are used to QP and running around doing their own thing. Hopefully the selfish QP types will get banned out of the mode or get tired of it because they can’t advance.
Give it a couple of weeks and hopefully selfish types will be greatly reduced.
No custom build is criminal, like seriously it’s the most basic thing let us replace recommended build with custom one
I can’t fathom at all why there is no endorsement system in this…the ONLY mode (I think) that doesn’t allow em is vs AI, which is kind of stupid. This game treats vs AI like crap, as opposed to Rivals, which allows you to complete quests, weeklies, challenges, etc…without having to deal with sweaty ppl on the enemy team! It’s lovely.
The weird issue I could see with “pre made builds”, is you would have to accumulate the currency to fulfill the build. I am no programmer, but that sounds complicated to try and pick a build, but then it only allots what you can afford at that moment?
Crossplay should DEF be in. I know this is “competitive” by default, but it is a less serious comp mode, lets be honest. Crossplay is essential for playing with friends and such, and PC players, in all their superiority complex (and I am a pc player myself…I just don’t take a video game that seriously) can have an “opt out” option.
I do also like the “MVP can give their 1000 cash bonus to a struggling player”. Chances are, if we are MVP, we are doing well anyway soooo…help boost someone who…isn’t doing so well lol.
That’s good, I played 1 match and said NOPE, way too many toxic players in this mode.
