Seems that OCE players are consistently being put onto either Singapore or Japan servers, despite all players being in the OCE region. This is more apparent in Stadium where the game will start on an Australian server, then it will flip to either Singapore or Japan when the next round map loads.

Agree, sometimes also end up on Korea server from New Zealand
