We were in a game of stadium, it was going to the 4th round, and it froze on the screen showing the map. It said “game found” at the top of the screen, but did nothing. The others on my team were able to talk to eachother in match chat but no one on the other team spoke, we confirmed it was happening to all 5 of us. I have a clip of it happening. After 2-3 mins it then kicked us to the lobby and we received competitive bans.
I didn’t leave the game, nor did my teammates. Not only did we get banned for leaving, we also lost ranked progress and recieved a loss for the game.

this is so effing stupid. we were up 3-0 and i froze and came back to a 10 minute ban… can this be fixed? why the funk? we were and i was kicking butt. and my game froze and crashed and i get banned and have to sit out for 10 minutes for this faulty businesss? we literaly were en route to vicotry, and cause i was doing so well i get banned from gameplay? or lagged out? this ruins my whole experience and maybe i’ll quit this ne wgame mode. fix this blizzard
why do i have a damn 10 minute ban for no reason. i play at gigabyte internet, i play on a 5800x3d/4070 ti system… why did i freeze after going up 3-0? and i kick back in with a 10 minute ban from gameplay? blizzzzzzard, you allowing hackers to run your game?
