I know I’m not the first one to bring this up, and this isn’t my first time posting about it either, but the Stadium Comp rank gain system still feels broken. My duo partner and I are playing at the same level, but she only gets about 80 points per win, while I get 220. Because of that, we’re constantly pushed apart in rank until we can’t even queue together anymore, even though our skill is the same.
This has been pointed out on the forums multiple times already, but nothing seems to change. It doesn’t make sense that the system will happily throw us into games with Rookies, but somehow blocks me from playing with my partner just because she’s Pro and I’m Legend.
If the rank gain differences aren’t going to be fixed, at least let players queue with lower ranks so duos aren’t punished for trying to climb together. Right now, it feels like the system is actively pushing people away from playing with friends…
