Bugs for perks.

the 1000 point perk.

It looks like a shield perk on the skill category. When you do the Ultimate attack skill, after that, you got Shield 25, and Skill power 10% until the game ends. but, Shield 25 is okay, but when we check the status for Moira using the TAB key, that skill power 10% is not shown, even though I already used the Ultimate skill.

It seems only health related conditional stats are updated in the stats menu. This can be seen when buying [Vanadium Injection] where getting 100% Ultimate Charge will show you the 50 Health increase but not any of the five 10% increase stats being added to the stats list.

This bug applies to any non-health/life related stats that are added later in some way.
