After ashe trow the dinamyte the animation do not work, i’m using steam platform

Occured for me too! Sometimes it did work, but most times it didn’t. I’m pretty sure it started after the power up with those 3 smaller dynamites but I didn’t check.
Also had a lot of other problems, so I thought it may be due to those. I was playing on battlenet.
