I am hoping to get a solid understanding of what is considered a stable FPS. I am running a i5-8600k and GTX 1070 on a 144hz monitor. I have setup my graphical setting in OW so that i will get the most FPS possible.
I have been limiting my fps at 200 and have seen drops in between 20-30 at most occasionally. What is considered to be stable? Would it be not have much of a drop at all? Any support would be helpful. I recently built my PC and and still learning.
