You are assuming that every account and real player would be equally distributed and exactly in place by MMR/SR, they are not. Again it’s a curve.

I am assuming that from those 4000 alt accounts, 1% are GMs, 3% are Masters, and so on… yes. But even if that’s not the case, I dont think it makes a difference.

There is just no question about it, if you stack the game with more alts than actual real players in lets say Gold-Diamond, and assume its about 2:1, that is going to force down other players from Silver through Plat.

It’s also going to force people up. If I create an account now, the absolute number of accounts in EVERY rank increases. So if I don’t rank them up to GM, but keep it in Diamond for example, I will also push up the players above my alt’s rank to fill those spots that I have created by creating my alt account. It all evens out.
