Spatial Sound cutting out with Razer Nari Ultimate headset

Not sure if this should be in tech support or bug reports, but here it is anyway.

I’ve got Razer Nari Ultimates, with Razer’s spatial surround sound system. The audio is fine in every other game/application, but with Overwatch it randomly and rapidly cuts in and out. In the menus, in the training room, in games, everywhere the audio cuts out. Apparently this has been an issue since 2018, and has been supposedly related to the Dolby Atmos system.

To be perfectly clear, i can change my playback device to the chat portion of my headset (“Razer Nari Ultimate - Chat” as labeled in my playback devices) and audio is fine (crappy quality, but fine) but no spatial surround sound.
It only happens with the playback device labeled Razer Nari Ultimate - Game (the one razer says to use)

I have double and triple checked razer’s troubleshooting/setup pages, and it works perfectly with everything BUT Overwatch (as i have already said)
