Nobody ever uses them and they are bland way to express a good play. Maybe as an idea blizz can change them into lets say a backpack slot or a banner like you see elsewhere anything is better then being stuck in the emote of showing it off like it is now. I think ive only ever seen them used once in play when i saved someone and they did the heart. What do you guys think do you ever use them yourself?
I use the GG one a lot. Having one and being able to equip it to everyone, makes it a cheap alternative to an emote imo.

Bp filler. That’s pretty much it.
I don’t have them on any of the old roster. Just one or two new heroes

ya thats why i was suggesting to make them something a bit different as a equipable thats not triggered by a emote
Filler. I would use some like the heart or SALT one, but those animations are too slow, they should be like 1 second max.
I think theyre kinda fun. My favorite is when a Mercy has a Heart one. Always makes me smile 
Also, the unique hero animations are really cool to watch!

Someone on the forums here suggested that souvenirs change the health pack display to it. I liked it.
I actually forgot this existed in the game.
