Seriously, it looks like it belongs on a joke christmas skin with Hanzo as a santa.
What is it with Hanzo and white beards? The last one on the casual skin didn’t work either but this honestly seems like part of an inside joke because it’s just so out of place.
It just sprouts out of his helmet like it’s attached to it, honestly I’m laughing so hard i’m having trouble finishing this post just imagining hanzo taking off the helmet and beard in one go. 
Maybe the shimada clan is struggling financially?
Hanzo heard there was another chinese new year event coming up and was told he had to dress up but he could only afford to go to a gag/prank store? 
To be clear, the rest of the skin is looking icy, well done otherwise.
