Still has the worst nothing burger perks that seldom provide any value… while Sojourn gets an ult buff/double slide for example…

Hanzo too slow at all for this game.
In other side no changes for permoban heroes: freja, sombra, ball. Insted buff tracer 
. New permoban hero.
Change for hanzo?? You’ll have to Convince Low/mid Level players that walking in a straight line and getting deleted isn’t hanzos fualt and that his so called logs are the same size as widow Bullet.

Quite a few characters need a perk rework as well, like Junk too. I thought the point of Perks was to replace the unused and badly working ones quite often, but then Stadium came out and they forgot all about the base game…
The health pack perk is pretty good, but situational. The scatter arrow is horrendous and must be removed and replaced immediately. It’s a nerf perk.

I sort of enjoy the scatter because I miss playing Splatoon. It’s funny to kill people more reliably with “wall bangs.”
If you wanna kill people more reliably with bounced Storm Arrows: stop using Scatter, and instead commit to using regular ones. They’re harder to figure out, but the potential for kills is far higher!
For every one kill I’ve had with the Scatter perk in testing, I’ve had 10 with regular ones. I will never use the Scatter perk. It’s absolutely awful.

Is it seriously worse even for ground bounces? I just figured the tri-tip into they goodies was better than a standard body shot with a storm arrow.
Ground bounces aren’t reliable as the splits spread out. If you’re shooting at anything other than a tank, you’re lucky if you hit 2 of the fragments, let alone 3 — not to mention, it is useless against the more mobile heroes.
Unlike with regular Storm Arrows, bounced Scatter can’t crit. There is no reason to use this perk whatsoever!

It is kind of cool, though. You feel unique as lightning strikes all over the battlefield. And the other perk is also useless. Hanzo genuinely has the worst perks in the game. You could pretend to be perkless for the clout and it would change virtually nothing. As you said, I might technically be nerfing myself to the point where I would play better perkless. But it ain’t about that. It’s about the honor. And there is honor in spam.

Don’t sleep on the Sonic perk though! It has a way of screwing up heroes like Ball and Doom if you use them properly. You can also discourage duelists from pushing you if you’re in a position that you can contribute to a fight and also control a pack.
The area control it can offer is very underrated.
Dragon Fury is fantastic, though. You should always pick it.

If you know tge locations of health packs through walls that perk can be very powerful.
Locking down packs so flankers cant get thrm is great. You can also limit areas near chokes since you take the packs people normally camp on.
Best part is when they run to pick up a pack only to find it hacked.
The other perks are pretty bad most of the time.
Hanzo is pretty much perkless, even the one that increases his attack speed whenever he hits a shot isn’t as impactful as it sems on paper (and would probably work better as part of his base kit)
yes, sonic perk sometimes feels like a very specific counter to heros he doesn’t care although once in a blue moon you stop a retiring reaper that was going to get a health pack.
And dragon fury feels only good against certain tanks, but it is difficult to use because it messes with the speed draw that you are used to.
I wish he could have proper perks, too for junkrat.

Soj is devs favourite hero , I hate her so much , she has 0 weakness , none. Her perks make a cancer to deal with , cover? Oh no no , here’s my orb of tumor that will render cover useless and will stick to you AND charge my rail shot. Compare this to sym , sym has to do 10:times the work to get any value , u die the moment u try to charge your beam and even when u do , it’s so short it don’t even reach anyone. But soj , sit back , spam primary. Get charge , hit rail. At least hanzo is succeptible to dives like genji , but soj? I’ll slide to narnia AND here’s my orb of tumor so u can’t even touch me
