I’m a gold EU player. Displayed queue times right now are at 10 minutes for Damage, 10 minutes for Support, and 2 minutes for Tank.
Actual waiting times are about 12 mins for Damage, 7 minutes for Support, and 10 to 20 seconds on Tank.
This season, playing Tank instead of Damage would mean having TWICE more playtime on average… this is getting insane.
I suggest one cool solution: x2 competitive points for tank players.

Make the role better, stop trying to bribe players, it’s not gonna work, this isn’t my 9-5. There’s a myriad of problems tank players have been talking about, address them and things improve.

No, just for winning or getting a draw. You get 0 competitive points for losing.
