I found the patch notes on a third party site that didn’t include the developer comment. Having that there pretty much explains everything. Thanks

I believe it doesn’t protect you from ‘melee knockback’. Winston’s punches and Rocket Punch 100% can boop through bubbles, I’m unsure of what else can.
