Aren’t all the other knockback effects in the game still completely negated by bubble?

Nope, and they should split that up even further.

KNOCKBACKS

Ranged Knockbacks

• Knockbacks from, Brigitte, Lucio, Ashe, Pharah, Junkrat, Roadhog, Soldier, Zarya, Sigma.
  • No longer disables air-strafing for the initial duration of the knockback.

Pointblank Knockbacks

• Knockbacks for Reinhardt, Winston, D.va, WreckingBall, Doomfist
  • Unchanged

Results: Makes it so ranged knockbacks are not good at preventing aware enemies from moving into close range. These types of knockbacks are already split, by the types that go through Zarya bubble, and those that do not.
