Some of the heroes need some nerfs for real.
D.va for example could get a nerf about her booster dmg (25 → 15), -25 armor and +1 sec (8) cooldown of her missiles
Winston feels strong but i don’t know what kind of nerf he needs. Maybe -25 armor and -50 of his Shield (600)
Rein feels oppressive now, especially in Clash maps. He may need -100 shields and i don’t know what else.
Sombra needs less virus dot damage probably (90 → 80) or maybe less dmg of her weapon (8 → 7.50)
And Finally pharah. That hero continues to dominate and she surely needs either -10 dmg (120 → 110) or just revert to her pre-rework fire rate. She can two tap the 225 heroes now within a second

Less armor, not less shield. Shield breaks relatively easily even with just one person shooting at it.
