A male version of Mei that uses a flamethrower and has a little back robot called Fireball. Maybe as a direct counter to Mei that can melt frozen teammates, Mei’s ice wall & ice block. But Mei hard counters them as well by putting out burning teammates. (Kinda wish Mei could cleanse her team of Ashe’s dynamite effects… or we had a Hydro Hero that could do so.)
A male version of Sombra (maybe the Omnic known as Lynx 17) that plays a Dps/support hybrid that can hack teammates to reduce cooldowns, improve healing, damage, shields, etc.
A female Shimada, sister or cousin to Hanzo & Genji. Perhaps with a classic ninja smoke cloud ability, uses a chain weapon that pulls her towards her enemies and a crossbow or boomerang for range somehow worked into her kit. She can Wall-Run short distances and has a backflip to create space. And maybe her Ult is a red or yellow dragon spirit… not sure what it’d do though 
At least two more Meka heroes from D.Va’s team worked into the DPS & Support roles.
Did anyone survive from Pharah’s squad when they took on that god A.I.? If so, how about a flying support and tank from her unit?
Would love to see some of the Talon enemies as playable… like the heavy tank and the wall-clinging assassin.
Still want a character that uses a dig/burrow ability.
And maybe a hero that bounces like a rubber ball off walls, floors, ceilings & objects making for some interesting mobility and aiming.

Female Shimada is the only idea I like. Let’s skip the crossbow, though. We do not need a female Hanzo. Just… Let’s be chill and think of something cooler and much more weebish.
Or how about we fix the heroes we already have instead of adding more.

I figured the crossbow would be on an ability like Ashe’s Coachgun, but wouldn’t have knockback. Perhaps it’s poison tipped. Or could pin an enemy in place for a second or two. Then again, no one likes C.C. except for the person using it 
There is no fixing the heroes we already have. So… Let’s just add more.
That just made me think… A clown hero. The potential is limitless, they could use balloons. Think about it. Balloons.

Balloons are already modeled into the game. So why not?! Tie a few to the back of a hero… letting them float around.
Perhaps has an ability that lifts an enemy up by their feet with balloons making their screen go upside down. They or teammates can shoot the balloons to right their screen.

I would actually like to see another Omnic but sinister in it’s design and character. Thinking a spider bot. It can cling and navigate any surface for a time as a passive.
A Free Flying tank that’s a bomber (short range free fall bombs).

There are Omnic Spider Tanks… some destroyed ones can be seen on Eichenwald, I think. Would be kinda cool to have a playable one. Maybe it could be modified to transform, fly around and drop bombs as it’s Ultimate 
Maybe a bit smaller so it can hide on ceilings and such. I visualize tucking into a corner on the ceiling and springing on an unsuspecting flanker. Bonus if the enemy player is an arachnophobe and I get to see them panic.

My hero idea was a hypermobile flanker type DPS who relied on resource for his mobility - aka a stamina bar

Perhaps damage or kills could replenish and/or overfill the stamina bar? Like how Doom gets extra shields from landing his attacks and Reaper gets HP from his.
Nope, but the ultimate makes your stuff not cost stamina for 4 seconds.
I could posr the complete concept, but any regen bonus is useless, cuz the stamina fully regens in 10 seconds and is constantly regenerating

I thought about mama Hong concept. And I thought, that she could work at laundry. In some kind of gang. I even made backstory for her.
She saw one of chinese environmental disasters made by energy company, because she is radiation specialist. Owners of the station started to kill people to remove any evidence of failure. While mama Hong picked up some radiation stuff and killed every bastard in a room. Then she hid her identity and became mama Hong, protector of China ecology safety.
yeah, I’m kinda lore nerd 
and no, it isn’t similar to Mei. Mei is more kind and polite and uses ice to freeze all conflicts in the name of ecology. While mama Hong knows for what does she fighting for and have real weapons/radiation stuff. She knows why environmental disasters happen and who gains profit from it, just like from ecology politics.
