My hack breaks every time Tracer blinks. Sometimes, it even breaks when nothing is in my way. I think I even saw it break when enemies turned around to look at me.
Yes the new sombra change is now more consistent hacks.
Before Sombra had a 0.5s grace period which meant you actually only needed to hack for 0.3s ( not 0.8s ) - so the last 0.5s were guaranteed - allowing you to hack tracer before the blink.
Now you have to hack the entire 0.64s - but in return there are multiple LOS checks so hack is not blocked by small objects like poles.
Except it is blocked by poles.
The problem with this nerf is that it is far from consistent now.
