Even grandmasters are using Symmetra more than Sombra and Symm is getting a rework to make her a more acceptable pick.
So what happened? People are constantly discussing and mentioning these issues on the forum but we dont get any official answer on her.
Jeff mentioned in a recent interview that they dont think that Doomfist and Sombra are in a good place, but since the current PTR has no changes for her makes it seem like they dont care about changing that.
