They would probably buff her dmg to compensate lol.
As long as I can stare at her and she breaks every bone in her body, increased damage is probably fine.
Yeah and then we give her 3 blinks and a faster fire rate. She should also be able to recall and gain back lost health. I think her ultimate should also be changed to be a one shot bomb instead of a cripple
She should have 225, to compensate for her translocator. Her damage output is strictly worse than Soldier’s, and so needs to have something over him. The reason Tracer has so little hp is because her blinks are way stronger than other dashes alongside a redo button, high burst damage, and a fast-charging ult that straight one-shots people. Oh, and Tracer and Genji are the only two heroes in the game with a base movespeed of 6 m/s, compared to the 5.5 everyone else gets. You need to take the entire kit into consideration before suggesting balance changes.
Of course, and we should also give Tracer permanent invisibility, vertical mobility and the ability to just deactivate other hero’s ability to play the game.

I think that all high-burst assassins need to be at 175 tbh. Widow, Tracer, Sombra, Genji should be fragile.
Tracer is way more oppressive than Sombra if i’m being totally honest. Sombra’s in fight mobility is laughable
Yeah she has TP, but that’s an escape tool never an engagement tool. Tracer’s mobility is straight up broken in an actual duel. Sombra is easier to hit and more grounded
Sombra and Tracer both counter isolated targets but Sombra committed the crime of breaking her invis, using a cancellable channeled ability with a much higher chance of the engagement failing as opposed to Tracer
Soldier has a 30 meter falloff range and zero weapon spread, he doesn’t need weird angles to do damage.
“Oh noes, a whopping 1.5 seconds of having to shoot instead of using abilities!” Yeah, with how much people complain about escapes, this holds no water. If it’s not hack, it’s going to be something else like hinder.
Sombra isn’t meant to be duelling though, she’s a pick class. If she’s in a duel, that’s because she couldn’t secure a kill quick enough and she’d also have the jump on her opponents, so she’d start the fight off at an advantage anyway.
Tracer’s health is fine. Her survival is much harder to achieve than Sombra’s.
Sombra should simply be removed from game. But I’ll gladly accept a health or invisibility nerf.
If anything, I’d really love it if Sombra’s ‘invisibility’ were swapped for a very good cloaking mechanism. Make her extremely difficult to see (rewarding good teamwork by pinging, and rewarding alert/sharp-eyed players, but never truly invisible.
Give her a very subtle ‘wave’ effect on the backdrop behind her. Easier to see when she’s moving around in a quiet, still space, but borderline impossible to spot when she’s standing still, and there is a ton of other movement on screen (eg: if she stands in the corner of the room, just on the edges of a skirmish. Shrink the ring around her, so you can’t ‘de-cloak’ her so easily.
It would encourage lone-wolf Sombras to stop doing that, too, because they’ll be able to use the movement of their own team members as a distraction from the visual cloaking effect.
She’ll still be very stealthy. She’ll still be rewarded for clever manoeuvring and sneak-attacks. But she won’t be total cheese. Spawncamping Mercy won’t be completely free and brainless anymore.
Hack should also be a skill shot.
I would actually PLAY Sombra if they did this. And not be embarrassed about it.

Increase translocator distance by like 5-10m then ok. Maybe make it quicker to turn her invis
You would need to make translocator insanely fast or reverted completely. She would have 0 staying power that or she’s just doomfist where she kills 1-2 then dies.
Yeah it’s an annoying character but no where near as oppressive as widow or tracer.
So just leave the clown hero where she belongs in low b tier.
Most people don’t play her properly anyway.
eyesight checks are not good design. across the board in blizzard games you see eyesight checks being nerfed.

observers now have a larger visible model that is easier to see
in hots invis is barely even invis, you can plainly see the character moving around.
but the main reason this works in hots is because invis has a second effect where you cant be clicked on by targeted abilities, nor can they be detected on the minimap.
meanwhile in overwatch giving sombra a visible outline would mean stealth does absolutely nothing since you can always be shot. nothing except for, well, prevent abilities like hack ironically. theres like 4 abilities that stealth interacts with, like echo dupe, moira purple stuff, etc.
