Hi, sombra needs a nerf . her damage is too high and her hack is now annoying . plus her virus is a pain in the butt to deal with . she’s too overpowered in the current meta . please nerf her back or bring her back before her rework

It took me just one game to see how high her damage was with that new ability. Ive never melted a hanzo so fast in my life. Heck even mercy gets deleted faster than me chasing her with tracer. I had a feeling sombra was gonna be strong but I was not expecting her to be this strong.

I think it’s a bit too early to tell if she’s broken. Good players tend to abuse new or reworked heroes and stomps the lobby with it.
For example, Illari barely got any changes to her damage but she was obnoxious to fight against when all the good players were trying her out. Now that Illari hype is gone, I don’t see as many games where it’s just Illari dominating the lobby.

Played a few games with Sombra in them, I think she’s pretty effective.
In one match, the enemy Sombra would throw virus on me and then Winston would jump me. Even on brig, I would just get deleted.
I wouldn’t be surprised if she ends up getting either a small nerf, or has some of her power shifted around no later than the mid-season.

The interaction with Zen is absolutely ridiculous. I’ve never seen a hero blow up so incredibly fast. I don’t see the fun part for the player that gets hacked + virus. The damage is just nuts.
I don’t like this rework. She’s going to get nerfed in no time that’s for sure. They should’ve gotten rid of the stupid hack mechanic. My god this team is actually clueless! Can’t get anything right.

You don’t play Sombra. 
Sombra mains in the metal ranks may complain because they actually have to shoot things now and are no longer able to just run around in stealth doing nothing useful before doing a slight amount of poke damage and then teleporting 100m away before rinsing and repeating.
A Sombra on your team was pretty much a guaranteed loss because of how little they accomplished, but now they’re pretty much forced to contribute due to how translocator works.

Try playing Widow now after the Sombra Rework. I’ve played Widow since 2019, and it was already hard enough. Now, if someone wants to bully you and make you swap, they Counterpick Sombra, hit a button, and you die. There is no counterplay. Whoever thought that the stealth passive and Virus were good ideas need to resume their medication. 500hrs of Widow on a high level in Console, now absolutely useless. They are literally making the counterswap Meta from tanks and enforcing it on DPS.
