Overwatch is a game that is meant to be fun right? Good maps, cool backstory, nice strategies and cool abilities?
Well, Sombra just removes those abilities. She makes some characters literally unplayable. She’s able to solo tanks, she removes any escape any dps has and if that weren’t enough: AoE hack, there ya go. Now nobody is able to play the game. Also, just forget about your defenses, cause shields and even shield HP is removed. Good job introducing a character that removes what makes Overwatch fun.
I would be happy with only her normal hack getting a rework tbh. Her ultimate stays the same, so she keeps her flavor but she doesn’t ruin the fun for everyone but herself anymore.

Yeah, nerf sombra
I’d personally start with infinite invis and translocator, with some minor compensation buffs to mask the damage
Maybe 75% move speed in cloak?

Tbh I don’t care about her invis… If she want to be running around behind or whatever that’s ok. It means that the team needs to play so they can protect their healers. I just hate the fact that she can ruin the abilities of people. It doesn’t fit in a game that is based on those abilities.

Sombra is only as good as the person playing her, If the person playing her was your skill level, then “THEORETICALLY” the matchup should be even, she cant be everywhere at once in that instance… BUT if that Sombra was played by a High level smurf, then your game was ruined the minute that person chose a hero, and NOT because of the hero herself.
Lemme give you proof, I was in Total Mayhem and a level 40 McCree (much lower than me) destroyed my whole team, I watched the replay and saw him kill 5 of my teammates consecutively over and over again…was he hacking? was he cheating (smurfing)? I dunno… But that game was doomed from the time that dishonorable person logged into our lobby that day.

Plenty of heroes do this. The difference is Sombra cc lasts longer so that doesn’t warrant deleting a hero. Just say you want hack removed because that makes more sense.

It’s 5s without your precious abilities, and you are facing the worst hero on ladder.
Take your free win, stop crying, and realize that even with Hack Sombra is gutter tier for non-professional play.
Do you have a similar issue with Freeze, stuns, Boops and 1shots?

well i’d say let’s not feed the trolls here. but this forum will do that anyway. Personally don’t get why people find the need to respond to people who haven’t said anything worth taking seriously or to imply their opinion is reasonable and rational. Like, y’all know that when you comment on this thread it raises it’s visibility, right? I’m timing this comment to be as soon after a reply as possible. Why would they remove someone? why would someone who isn’t good be overpowered?

I wouldn’t mind see an experimental where we buff sombras damage and kit while changing how hack works. Instead of disabling abilities maybe swap the hacked targets controls and ability keys. Hack as it currently is keeps her from being buffed.
It’s a good thing you are not a leader of nations. You would just remove the people you don’t like. I love Sombra.
