I was thinking 
Sombra should get the kill credit when a hacked enemy is killed.
You can see her icon in kill feed.
I mean straight up COUNT as her kill not assist
I don’t understand what you mean. Where do you want her to receive credit for a kill?
EDIT: You mean her image should be first in the killfeed?
I think it is same as discord. If you don’t hit enemy game thinks of it as assist and just slap your portrait next to whoever got killing blow.
It’s not her kill though she literally assisted in it if someone else killed the target. Why should she get credit for an assist? Should Mercy steal kill credit because she used damage beam on someone and they killed a player?
Does it really matter though ? It’s not really important whose head is on the top high corner of the screen. It works just like discord or damage boost, you help so you have your face too it’s just not the first one.
But there’s no assist in Ow anyway so you’ll have the kill in your stats ^^
It does when getting POTG
Sombra is just the kind of hero who doesn’t have a lot of POTG no matter what you do. Look at Mercy and Ana. Probably the two heroes with the less POTG no matter what you do, even if you save your team hardcore.
The POTG system is broken anyway
It’s fine and consistent the way it is.
Hacks count towards assists, damage counts towards kills.
