Whenever I hack a hero with Sombra it causes massive frame drops as well as small freezes, The lag stops when the hack is interrupted or completing the hack. It definitely makes playing Sombra very annoying, almost unplayable. Im playing on PC. Never had preformance issues before the Wrecking Ball update.

I am getting this on Xbox also. Her changes are great, but this hurts.

Xbox here, I have the same issues.
I’ve noticed in matches without a wrecking ball its almost nonexistent. Seems the longer he is in the match the worse it gets for me. Also his mine field causes a noticeable drop in frame rate when hacking compared to it not being deployed.

I haven’t done a Quickplay yet, but it was happening on Dorado in Comp. It seems to happen a lot more while an enemy is engaged than hacks on people out of combat.

Yeah having the same problem on my Xbox as well. It’s almost exclusively Hammond that causes the lag! It only happens to me when I hack Hammond, and since he’s a major hacking target it makes it extremely difficult. Hopefully it’s just a small bug with his release that will get fixed soon.
I have been having the same problem on Ps4 and its definitely at its worst when hacking wrecking ball.
