(Crazy though that I posted about why sombra doesn’t fit into this game and yet again is going through what I predicted. Buffs for 1 season just to get nerfed yet again after her rework. SHE DOES NOT WORK IN THIS GAME)

They will just keep nerfing and buffing her. She’s in an endless cycle. It’s honestly crazy to see people believe that she will work in this game at all
i mean it’s not like they were going to nerf her invisibility and escape options and just call it a day like she doesn’t have less health than average on top of that. they still need people to play the character, otherwise that’s just horrible game design
They have made her more lethal, exactly what sombra Mains have been telling you would happen…
I give it 3 hours into the new season before everyone starts crying that the nerfs did nothing and she now kills them even faster.
It’s not a nerf. A nerf is typically a change to a character who is considered oppressive or too strong. Sombra is neither of those things. What the devs did wasn’t a nerf, it was a straight up assassination of not only her entire identity, being an in and out utility character, but also her entire being. She is a straight up throw pick, and she’s lot all fun in her kit. This wasn’t meant to make her worse, it was meant to make her unplayable and undesirable in every way so no one dares play her.
I see you in literally every Sombra post, stating you love and want Sombra to be useless. You never play against Sombra, and if you do, it’s cause you’re a Doom or Ball OTP and probably in low rank. Sombra WILL be useless and pointless to play, and unless they revert these horrific changes, then they’ll literally just lose a portion of their playerbase and lose money. They introduce a Sombra shop skin the same season they kill her? Do you actually think Sombra players will buy a skin to a character they won’t be able to play?
I am happy with this. If it means we can get rid of her. She gets constant buffs tweaks nerfs reworks. If it takes this much she needs vaulted
Man I just really want a PVE not just for me but for players who are sick of people begging for nerfs all so they can rig the matches in their favor, We need a mode where our favorite heroes can shine and actually actually BE heroes, They call these characters “Heroes” But they don’t do anything remotely heroic most of the time.
Overwatch 3 better be PVE focused game or better yet leave all the PVP modes in OW2 and let Overwatch 3 be a real game.

She was a little overtuned and her invis was to extreme. She had to be nerfed

High damage combined with stealth, yes.
We will see how it plays out. I reserve judgment until I’ve had at least a week to play as and against it.
I guess her pick rate should go down and maybe win rate increase (lol) when only the dedicated continue to play her?

tbh she didn’t have high damage in her first OW2 iteration (how are we on her third in two years?) but she was still cancer, because most players were too inept to do anything but continuously hack you from invis or do 1 damage and tp away instantly

Yeah, she was annoying to tanks before, but not to anyone else. Her last rework just made her awful for everyone - a complete failure.
She needs to be vaulted. I actually wouldn’t mind a somewhat invisible hero assassin type, but someone with infinite invisibility plus hack?? Plus teleporter and nano virus. Uhhh no
Honestly, her kit is just over bloated. Most heroes only get 2-3 abilites. Why does she need 4?
