Hello, I think I have found a solution to the FPS drop after about 5 mins of playing.
First thing I noticed:
After changing the “Make everything bigger” (windows setting) to 100% (was at 175% for me), the FPS drops stopped.
It might have been a combination of settings, but for the most part I just changed the “Make everything bigger” option in windows. The NAVIDA settings I have are almost Identical to WyomingMist’s settings.
Other thing I noticed
Plugging and unplugging your laptop can help make the FPS normal again for whatever reason
