I believe everyone is tired of playing double shield compositions. I have an idea, make a dynamic ban. If one shield tank is selected, no other shield tank can be played along side it. This is the easiest and fastest way to stop this issue forever.
Shield tanks: Orisa, Sigma, Reinhard, Winston. You cannot play double main tank, but you can double off tank.

easier way, queue as tank, choose a non-shield tank.
Sorry but banning after the game starts (and yes it’s started by the time you hit hero selection) is never a good idea.
Two players queue as tank one only plays Rein, one only plays Orissa, your suggestion just means one of them is now throwing.
Oh and btw 0 of my matches have double shield on my team as I’m a D’Va one trick so I solve the double shield thing on my own as I should.

the only problem with this is winstons throwing on defense, winston doesn’t really work on most maps on D
