One of the reasons I’m on my last handful of games.
Although, you forgot to add DPS to the end of your OP. I just got finished playing a match with a Widow teammate that couldn’t hit Earth while Skydiving.
No more winning with a counterpick, as I’m often the only one willing to counterpick.

I remember the good ol days of playing on an alt to learn an off-role ranked more than 1000 sr lower. Teammate on my main role sucking? Let me swap with him so my 2500 sr dps suddenly becomes a 3.5k tank player in a 2.5k game. Ahh yes fun times.
Better yet, having those “flex” players suddenly swap off a tank/support role cause “dps arent killing anything” when in reality they themselves don’t understand how to play the tank/support role at all thus not giving the dps any opportunities.

Some call it “flexing” when a tank main with no aim switches from rein to widow and gets 0 kills and leaves the team without a shield. Or your friendly neighborhood moira takes torb and starts to jump off map instead of healing… Oh wait nvm, the moira never healed, but now because we dont have main healer tanks are gonna tilt and throw too.

Yeah. It is a little annoying, but all you can do is avoid and roll on.
No point getting worked up about it anymore.
Its great you slap your own narrative on it, But we had the option to switch so we could adjust. If someone legitimately is just suicideing into the other enemy because they don’t know how to tank, or you end up with an aggressive healer, you may NEED someone to switch over and just LET them have an attack spot because they REALLY WANT TO BE DPS when they queued as a healer for some reason.
That’s not even a made up narrative it’s just legit how far too many games went before role queue
