Because he is a hitscan, why would they nerf hitscans when they could nerf projectiles harder than hitscans will ever be nerfed?

As a Soldier player I can confidently say that he is busted. Since the buff Iā€™ve been destroying people like never before, the amount of damage that you can do has skyrocketed like crazy.

Iā€™m fine with him being strong because he now requires intense mechanical skill instead of wacky RNG

Well Rocket into Melee can oneshot Tracer and Baby Dva but other than that yea.
But that was always a thing.
