If it’s actually behaving like a bot, IDK why youre jumping to the conclusion that blizzard is the one that added the bot in the game. People use bots to level up accounts to sell all the time.

Some nutters think Blizz put bots in the game to inflate player counts. Their conspiracies lately are just absolutely ludicrous. It’s why my ignore list is constantly evolving on a daily basis

They don’t put em in but they don’t do a good job at cleaning them up either
it so easy to make a free account and level it up with a bot, even an obvious one doesnt get the account banned. then it gets sold. its the reason you can buy an account so cheaply

i remember this soldier bot years ago (3-4 years ago) with a crazy aimlock but yea robot ai behavior
