Sojourn rail gun needs a cool down timer + damage nerf

Believe it or not even with her rail damage reduced with a cool down she’ll still be one of the best DPS because of her movement

She’s strong in all skill tiers regardless of win rate a single confident Sojourn will full hold an entire team because of her nearly one tap Rail gun with no cool downs

Playing support is atrocious against her because there’s nothing to support

They should bring back the heat build-up reload mechanic Orisa had pre-rework.
It’d make sense for a railgun

Orisa didn’t have a heat build-up reload mechanic pre-rework. She does now, but not before then.
