So the Devs do not want to nerf sojern as it is overperforming at high elo and underperforming at low elo. Basically it has a high skill cap. So what if they simply changed railgun to not be able to crit. Basically its an anna dart and does a fixed amount of damage. That way at high elo when people can land HS consistently it isnt OP and in lower elo players dont need to try and hit HS and waste the ability they can just shoot bodies. Obviously the damage number would need to be tweaked.
We’ve asked for Hanzo storm arrows to not crit over and over and over and over… yet they do not listen.
I do not believe asking the same for Lowskillourn will be any different. It’s quite clear that devs favor her as they might play her too that is if they actually play the game now which would make sense why they didnt nerf her.
I’ve seen this before in World of Warcraft. No nerfs for certain classes until the dev left the company.
