I Have question. I watched panel BlizzCon how create heroes overwatch and I saw software name “TED” What is this TED. Can we tall me Can this program is game engine, graphic program or something else?

It’s probably exactly that. A segment of the game engine used for asset implmentation and creation. Most of these studios have their own proprietary software which is internally developed by tech artists to smooth out work flow internally. Its quite amazing when you get a glimpse of what they use. I’ve seen this a lot at studios like Pixar and Disney Animation Studios etc! Hope that helps.
